PKU is an incurable rare metabolic disease that turns proteins in common foods into toxic substances causing irreversible brain damage. The only solution for patients is the creation of a biosensor that monitors proteins in blood in real time. To raise funds for it we launched a campaign that instead of saving patients’ lives, could end them.
